The website https://www.nlsafety.hu/ (hereinafter: website) is operated by László Nagy, Sole Proprietor (hereinafter: Data Controller). The Service Provider/Data Controller performs the following activities:
- Occupational safety services
- Occupational safety representative training
- Contract management
During these activities, personal data is processed. If, during the use of the website, you provide personal data (name, mailing address, email address, phone number, fax number) by filling out a contact form, participating in an event in person, or by any other means, you grant your consent to the processing of your data for specific purposes and to its transfer to third parties. Therefore, we are obliged to inform you of the following regarding data processing.
The Data Controller processes the personal data of all natural persons confidentially and in accordance with current legal regulations and ensures data security by establishing the necessary procedural rules.

Purpose: To store data for fulfilling orders, documenting participation in training/events, enabling billing, proving contractual terms, and performing customer service tasks (e.g., satisfaction surveys, newsletters).

According to Section 15 (3) of the Info tv., the Data Controller is obliged to keep the data for a minimum of 5 years.
During automated processing, the Data Controller must ensure:
- Prevention of unauthorized data entry.
- Traceability of which bodies data was transmitted to.
- Restoration of the system in case of failure.
- Reporting of errors occurring during automated processing.
Note: Personal data cannot be deleted if processing is prescribed by law (e.g., invoice data required by accounting and tax laws).
