László Nagy, Sole Proprietor (hereinafter: Data Controller), considers the protection of personal data provided by Users and the assurance of their right to informational self-determination a goal of paramount importance. László Nagy is committed to processing Users’ personal data in a manner that fully complies with the prevailing legal regulations, thereby contributing to the creation of secure internet usage opportunities for Users. László Nagy handles Users’ personal data confidentially and in accordance with effective legal requirements, ensures their security, and implements the technical and organizational measures and procedural rules necessary to enforce the relevant legal provisions and other recommendations.

PRIVACY NOTICE

The website https://www.nlsafety.hu/ (hereinafter: website) is operated by László Nagy, Sole Proprietor (hereinafter: Data Controller). The Service Provider/Data Controller performs the following activities:

Occupational safety services
Occupational safety representative training
Contract management

During these activities, personal data is processed. If, during the use of the website, you provide personal data (name, mailing address, email address, phone number, fax number) by filling out a contact form, participating in an event in person, or by any other means, you grant your consent to the processing of your data for specific purposes and to its transfer to third parties. Therefore, we are obliged to inform you of the following regarding data processing.

The Data Controller processes the personal data of all natural persons confidentially and in accordance with current legal regulations and ensures data security by establishing the necessary procedural rules.

The Data Controller has taken particular account of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), as well as Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.). Furthermore, the Data Controller fully complies with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infopv.) and treats all personal data provided via the internet with the same level of security as data provided through other channels (email, fax, post).

Interpretative Provisions

Data Controller: The natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes of data processing and makes and implements decisions regarding data processing (including the tools used).
Data Processor: The natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, who processes data based on a contract.
Data Processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, transformation, consultation, use, disclosure, or deletion.
Personal Data: Data that can be associated with the subject, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, location data, or online identifier.
Consent: A voluntary and firm expression of the subject’s will, based on adequate information, giving unambiguous agreement to the processing of their personal data.

Data Protection and User Rights

The Data Controller protects personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, or destruction. Upon request, the Data Controller provides information about the processing of your data. You may request the rectification, deletion, or blocking of your data at any time (except for mandatory data processing).

The Data Controller shall block data instead of deleting it if you specifically request this, or if it can be assumed that deletion would violate your legitimate interests. Blocked data may only be processed as long as the purpose preventing deletion persists.

Data processing may only take place if the subject gives their voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent through a clear affirmative action (written, electronic, or oral statement).

The subject has the right to have their personal data deleted without undue delay if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Confidentiality and Third Parties

Collected data is treated confidentially and used exclusively in connection with our activities. Data will not be disclosed to third parties in any form, except for subcontractors involved in the performance of a contract, who may access the data solely to fulfill their contractual obligations. Providing data on the website is always voluntary.

By ticking the checkbox on the contact form, the User expressly accepts this policy and consents to the Data Controller recording and using their data for the duration required by the nature of the service. The User assumes full responsibility for providing data voluntarily and while being properly informed. The Data Controller is not in a position to verify the authenticity of the data; the person providing the data is solely responsible for its accuracy.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Purpose: To store data for fulfilling orders, documenting participation in training/events, enabling billing, proving contractual terms, and performing customer service tasks (e.g., satisfaction surveys, newsletters).

Scope of Data: Surname, first name, email, phone number, mailing address, tax number, type of service, and time of engagement.

Duration and Technical Measures

According to Section 15 (3) of the Info tv., the Data Controller is obliged to keep the data for a minimum of 5 years.

During automated processing, the Data Controller must ensure:

Prevention of unauthorized data entry.
Traceability of which bodies data was transmitted to.
Restoration of the system in case of failure.
Reporting of errors occurring during automated processing.

Note: Personal data cannot be deleted if processing is prescribed by law (e.g., invoice data required by accounting and tax laws).

Cookies
